The Beginners Photography study is planned to provide a basic foundation for your photography hobby - a hobby that is bound to bring lots of fun and lots of frustration - probably in equal measure.  With photography there is always something happening -  a photography exhibition to visit, something new to learn, a technique to practice, an article to read or a comment to discuss.  Photography can attack our emotions - make us inspired, happy, sad or cross and it can be very subjective.  Gail Ward has planned her Beginners Photography Holidays and workshops around learning basic information to help you understand your camera and take better photographs , as detailed in 'what does a Beginners Photography involve'. As well as including different aspects of photography and different photo challenges, the focused programmes and workshops include time to help with individual requirements.

Important - Need to know.

The Beginners Photography holiday in Morocco starts and finishes in Marrakech. Transfers are included to/from Marrakech Airport or can be arranged to/from the Train Station. Photographer and founder of Responsible Photography Gail Ward and a local driver accompany you throughout.

What's included

Transport    
 4WD or minibus, taxis and on foot.

Accommodation                                                                                                                                      Accommodation is in a small family owned hotel, kasbah and riad. There is no single supplement and you will have your own room. In Marrakech, rooms  may share toilet facilities but always have their own shower. (There is the option to pay a small supplement and stay in a beautiful larger apart style room in the riad, which can be shared between 2-3 people if you know each other!).

Meals 

Meals are as stated in the itinerary - 2 Lunches and 2 Dinners are not included whilst in Marrakech - we know lots of great places to eat and usually all eat together.
Note - depending on the time of your flight or train departure, breakfast on the last day may not be available.

  • Airport transfers - details provided for taking an airport taxi or a private transfer can be booked.

  • Camera Equipment - camera, memory cards, USB connectors.

  • Back up camera (just in case something goes wrong!)
