Responsible Photography Holidays we care because we share - is the trading name of Responsible Photography Holidays operated by Gail Ward who is registered in the UK and partners in Ethiopia, Morocco, Rwanda and China.

Privacy Policy / Data Protection

We do not share your persoanl information that you give us with. We only  use the information you provide such as name, flight information and any special needs or dietary requirements, to make your holiday arrangements. We take care to ensure that this information is treated confidentially and securely. Controls on data protection in the countries we operate to are not necessarily as  strong as the legal requirements in this country.  However, we only pass on information to our partners that is necessary in processing your booking and organising your travel arrangements.  In accepting your booking, you consent to your data being used to process your travel arrangements. We do not provide any information about our clients, or about enquiries, unless requested to do so by law.

We do not pass on or sell any information collected about our customers. We may use information supplied to us, e.g. email and telephone number to keep you informed about Responsible Photography Holidays, news and projects. If you do not wish to receive this information please advise us and we will remove you from our contact list.

Third party advertising Companies may use your information once you have clicked on an advert and been redirected to their website.  Please read their Privacy Policy to find out if or how they use your information.

Affiliate advertising

We have a few affilliate adverts on the site which have been selected because we hope they will be of interest or help.  We may receive a tiny commission from sales to affiliate links, if we reach required targets. Any money earned will be put towards overheads of the Responsible Photography Projects. We have no direct connection with the services or products offered and cannot be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracies or inaccuracies on sites to which we affiliate, link, hypertext link or  affiliate advertising sites.  Nor can we be held responsible for their services, products or actions. We're happy to hear your feedback, especially if you find a product that is really good.
